Careers Education, Information, Advice & Guidance

At SAIL Academy, Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils receive careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG). Careers guidance is a planned aspect of our PSHCE education curriculum for all pupils and aims to focus on a range of career opportunities, suitable roles related to skills, qualifications and experiences, goals, and preparing pupils well with their next steps post-16. The career development programme uses the Gatsby Benchmarks as set out in the DfE guidance. Please read our curriculum policy for further information on CEIAG.
