Rachael, transitions to the SAIL team from Springfields South and how lucky we are to have her! Rachael has worked with SEND education for a number of years specialising within SEMH provisions. Her love for multisensory and hands on learning shines within her classroom is evident with her creative approach to cross curricular lesson planning. We can't wait to see what she has planned this year.
