Maddy joined Springfields in 2022 and has transitioned to SAIL. Maddy has worked in education for a number of years and has supported SEND children throughout her career. Maddy's natural, soft, nurturing approach creates a calm and relaxed environment ready for learning. Along with her high expectations and exciting curriculum, we know there will be many 'Star learners' this year!
