Meet the Team

Melanie has recently joined Grandin class and brings with her 18 years of lived experience of Autism and demand avoidance profiles. Melanie has an abundance of qualifications to understand Autism and supporting children, teenagers and young people with a demand avoidance profile. Melanie is taking her professional studies further and is currently studying for a psychology degree. 

Melanie is passionate about pupil well-being, mental health and finding alternative approaches to help overcome barriers.
